Street Side Realty LLC ("Streetside Realty") is committed to making our website usable and welcoming for everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe finding a home should be accessible to all, and we work to ensure our site reflects that.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a practical standard for our website. Measures we take
We have designed and built this website with accessibility in mind. Among the measures we take:
- Semantic HTML structure, with clear headings and landmarks that help assistive technologies navigate the page.
- Full keyboard navigation, so the site can be used without a mouse, including a visible “Skip to content” link.
- Visible focus indicators that make it clear which element is currently selected.
- Color choices and text sizing intended to provide sufficient contrast and readability.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” setting in your operating system or browser, which minimizes non-essential animation.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and clear, descriptive labels on forms and links.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not yet be fully accessible. In particular, portions of the site rely on third-party content and tools — such as IDX/MLS property listings, the home valuation tool, mapping, and embedded market data — that we do not fully control and that may not always meet the same accessibility standards.
